Objects made just for author’s pleasure and due to his own vision are always certain surplus and prove of temporary stabilization*. I associate helicopter with fast social advance, quick increasement of living condition in transformation period in Poland. For vast majority of society in Poland, with peasant origins, advancement heaped in visual, symbolic sphere. Intricately made self-made objects from matches are, as an effect of use (waste) of free time, somehow a prove of luxury.
